Tim Parish
Tim has been a solicitor for 28 years. He is an experienced defamation lawyer, providing pre-publication copy clearance and post-publication advice for print and digital media. He also has expertise in intellectual property having advised for many years on copyright and trademark issues.
Tim trained as a media litigator at Carter-Ruck and was an associate at Mishcon de Reya. He subsequently moved to IPC Media where he was Head of the Legal Department for 15 years.
