Paul Fox

Paul is an experienced litigation lawyer with particular expertise in the media field; he specialises in defamation, privacy, confidentiality, contempt issues and intellectual property.

Paul has over 25 years commercial experience and practice in London and Hong Kong. He is a High Court Civil Advocate who regularly represents his clients in the civil courts.

Paul trained and subsequently became a media litigation partner with Carter Ruck before in 2002 setting up his own media law consultancy where he developed an expertise in addressing issues from the combined standpoint of law, business and public relations.
